Delivery
Most items are dispatched within 24 hours for next day delivery via Royal Mail Recorded Service. Any items can take up to 7 days to reach you. If any items cannot be delivered within 7 days, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time with the option to cancel or amend your order. During busy times, deliveries can take up to 4~5 days. Network Video Recorder, NVR products are hand built to order in the UK therfore please allow 7~10 days for delivery. NVR case / chassis may differ subject to availability.
Cancellations & Returns
Cancel before dispatch: You may cancel a purchase anytime before the item is dispatched without obligation, a full refund will be issued within 24 hours. NVR products can take up to 3 days to build. Cancel after dispatch: If an order is cancelled after dispatch, you must accept delivery of the item and return to us within 7 days. Please contact us to obtain a RMA number and to supply us your order number. Then return the item to us in unopened and unused condition for a full refund minus shipping costs. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for return of the item in satisfactory condition and with all supplied parts. Refunds cannot be issued for built to order recorders after dispatch unless faulty.
Guarantees & Warranties
7 day money back Guarantee: An item can be returned to us within 7 days for a full refund minus shipping costs providing [a] the item is unused, [b] the packaging is undamaged, [c] All parts are intact. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number. Then return the item to us in unopened and unused condition for a full refund minus shipping costs. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for return of the item in satisfactory condition and with all supplied parts.
All items are supplied with a standard 1 year warranty against defective manufacturing or failure in the first 12 months after purchase. If an item becomes defective and it is still covered by the 12 month warranty, please contact us to obtain a RMA number in order to either fix or replace your item. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for return of the item in satisfactory condition and with all supplied parts.
2 year limited warranty for NVR / Network Video Recorders: All items are supplied with a standard 2 year warranty against defective manufacturing or failure in the first 2 years after purchase. The limited warranty excludes software, hard drives and cooling fans which have a variable shelf life. If an item becomes defective and it is still covered by the 2 year warranty, please contact us to obtain a RMA number in order to either fix or replace your item. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for return of the item in satisfactory condition and with all supplied parts.
Guarantees and Warranties do not extend to software, hard drives, cooling fans and none are implied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
